Breastfeeding moms !
I have so many questions about breast feeding . I'm 15 weeks pregnant and am trying so hard to learn everything .. My main question is , do we as breast feeding mothers have to maintain a healthy diet ? And what happens if I don't produce enough milk in the first few days of his life ??
