I tried this years back and swear by it, that said its not a quick fix but I promise you that little pill will help you not eat junk! Follow the directions and make sure when you start it your able to be home because you will go to the bathroom alot while it starts cleaning you out of the junk. After that your ok but if you mess up (like I did ) and eat greasy or junk food it will go right through you and you'd better hope there's a toilet near by. It seriously helped me train myself not to eat the junk food that's so easy to get when working all day or out for awhile.

I had a terrible experience on it!!! I ate healthy and did what I was supposed to. Let's just say there was some unpleasant leakage! Also, messed with my period when I stopped it. I DO NOT ADVISE USING IT!!
