Leaking discharged normal?

Is it normal to feel discharge leaking from your vagina? You know like when your period is ending but you still feel it coming down, after getting off birth control 5 months ago I've been having so much and I gave up on buying panty liners but I'll need to get more because my underwear are always wet!! I've only gotten birth control once which was the shot that last 3 months but that's about it , my last period lasted a good 4 weeks but I haven't gotten one this month yet
