Can you know you're pregnant before BFP?

I need your points of view in this. Honestly I didn't know where to post this? So I've try so far for 3years but this time I felt something different in my body: cramps, sore breast and lower back pain. I'm so scared to receive another BFN

I did. You just sort of know. I think some people are afraid to believe their bodies and some people are so excited they can misread their symptoms. After you get your first BFP you'll be confident that you knew you were pregnant early. 
I was very tired, dizzy and nauseous just a few days after ovulation for both pregnancies. However, everyone is different 🙃

I felt it for weeks! I took 5 tests all BFN! 
Then finally 2-3 weeks later it showed. Sometimes you know before your body releases enough hormone to show it!

Oh yes, I got bfn and I still felt like I was pregnant and sure enough I was/am. :) Sometimes you just know.

I knew the day after I had sex I was pregnant. I just knew! I had just had a miscarriage so my symptoms were still fresh in my mind. And two weeks later I got a bfp. My only symptoms were itchy and really painful nipples and I was exhausted all day everyday.
