Did you have a second baby shower?

I'm curious only because if heard that people don't and I can see that for sure but just wondering what others thought or experienced ... I don't want one for the gifts I just thought you usually should have some sort of shower ?

If you aren't comfortable with a full baby shower, have a diaper shower.

It's really up to the person. I probably wouldn't have a full shower, but maybe a diaper party with a gender reveal to make it fun!

I just threw my friend her second one today lol I'd say yes Every baby deserves to be celebrated and it gets you excited for birth and distracts you from waiting lol :)

You could even do a meet and great when your baby comes, I was thinking about doing that with my second, I'm still on my first lol! But I was going to wait til my second got all the shots then plan a meet and great. My cousin had a sprinkle which is like a baby shower but you don't have to buy gifts.

I only had one for my first. I've had another boy and a girl sinc then. For me, I don't need a shower to celebrate my baby. My close friends and family will be around plenty. I have everything I need from previous pregnancies and have all my nieces clothes for my girl so I'm set. In my situation, having a shower would just be asking for gifts which I don't need. I have no issues with others have multiple showers, just not my thing.

I am against second showers. Sort of against first showers too, for that matter. 
If the theory is that the shower is to get you gifts and necessities "to get you on your feet," this day in age, if aren't financially stable enough to buy those things on your own, maybe you should have waited a little longer. Sounds harsh but that's just my honest opinion.
