IVF . Miscarriage . What to expect next?

Everything looked good at first US . Saw sac and embryo. Fast forward 2 weeks I started cramping and bleeding one morning. I went I right away and saw different doc and he said sorry looks like a blighted ovum. Well my HCG levels were still rising and after that my doc still wanted me on my progesterone and stuff. My follow up was a week later(mind u I wasn't sure if it was a blighted or not at this point) . We went in and say a teeny tiny heart beat. Ok? Confused now. Doc said sometimes just happens. So we had another follow up a week later and that day we saw baby but no heart beat. Long story short after weeks of tests and confirmations we lost our baby. I had to have a D&E (dilation and evacuation) bc my body kept thinking it was pregnant. 

Now we got our results back on genetics and everything was normal. Also found out it was a girl 🎀 :( My doctor now wants to run tests after my HCG zeros out for blood clotting disorder and a few other things. 

My question is has anyone been through IVF and then a miscarriage and then had a successful transfer after ? Also if you have a m/c and were followed by doc how long for a normal cycle to start and HCG zero out? This just seems like a never ending process.
