The odds against us?!

Hi I'm new to this app. Me and my husband have been ttc for 2 yrs. After coming off the pill I had horrendous pelvic pain that would double me over screaming. after a lot of tests and an operation I was found to have endometriosis. They have since found that as well as this I have polycystic ovaries, a collapsed tube and don't produce many eggs. My husband also has a very low sperm count. We have been given until July to conceive naturally but they've told us we only have a 30% chance this will happen. In July they want to start IVF but our odds dont improve much 50-60% chance of conceiving and then a 80-90% chance of not carrying full term. I feel like the odds are against us. Has anyone been through this or similar? How do you cope?
