Help ANNIVERSARY GIFTS!!!😳

So next month exactly from today I will be with my boyfriend for a year we are only 14 and 15. We really love each other and I can spend quite a bit of money on him but I have no clue what to get him. I want to make something cute or a personal gift that means a lot and I want to buy something that is just a gift like a game for his xbox or something. Any ideas I'm stuck.
