Does it hurt to sleep on your stomach?

I use to couldn't sleep on either side including my stomach a while ago but now I can with no problem. I have this pain in my right pelvic bone that feel like I'm straining my muscle, when I'm not. I can't even sleep on my right side. I'm a first time mom. Anyone else this happened to?

I sleep on my back and sides now. Occasionally I'll sleep on my stomach but my baby boys moves around and it hurts. I'm 28 weeks now.

I had that right after I gave birth and still have the problem sometimes .. I actually went to a chiropractor and my pelvis was out of place from delivery. She fixed it and I had so much relief!! I have given birth 3 times and I've had to go to the chiropractor each time to have it put back in place. Occasionally if I've done something strenuous I've had to go back! But if you believe in chiropractors I would suggest maybe trying it out!
