I just wanted to share my story in the hopes that it helps even one person. Here is me before Plexus and proper thyroid treatment & after. About a year's time has passed. What a difference!

I was nineteen years old when I found out I had a thyroid disease, hypothyroidism. It rocked my recently married new world. I was bone-numbingly tired, gained 20-30 lbs, craved all sorts of crazy things, constantly sick with some sort of sinus infection or worse, severe insomnia, anxiety, mild depression, had acne, headaches, dry skin, dry hair, dry eyes, and irregular period. It was AWFUL!! Then shortly after I was finally diagnosed with PCOS, cysts on both ovaries. I knew I had that, probably developed it many years before considering it ran in my family. All of this happened while I was working at a preschool. The doctor thought my avid antibiotic use triggered my dormant thyroid disease. (My grandmother has the same disease.) After a really great year of doing something I loved, I knew I literally couldn't handle that job without wrecking my thyroid even more.

I got depressed. Caffeine, something I thought would help the numbing fatigue, suddenly gave me anxiety attacks. My face was so swollen and I didn't even fit in my favorite pajamas. Even the clothes that were once too big was getting very tight. I was just in this never ending cycle of crappy feelings.

Doctors were no help. I was put on the cookie-cutter, standard treatment and sent on my way. After months of no change, I went to a specialist. He changed me to the brand name thyroid medicine & upped my dosage. After some improvement but still no progress, I felt hopeless.

That's when my friend introduced me to Plexus.

Still taking Plexus, just a few months shy of a year later, I've lost 20 lbs. I'm feeling SO much better. I'm feeling happier. And more like myself. ❤️
