Ingrown hair cyst?

I was a little self conscious about posting this but I need some advice. A few weeks ago I shaved down there and the next day I had a little razors rash. It's normal for me to get it sometimes so I really didn't think anything of it. Well I noticed a week ago while in the shower that I had a bump down there and I freaked out because it wasn't a razor bump. So I got out of the shower and I was feeling around and I got a mirror to try to see what it looked like. Because this has never happened before. But I really didn't see anything. But I could feel it. It is like a long lump under the skin where my thigh meets my bikini line. I've been doing research and the only thing that make any sense is a ingrown hair cyst. But I've never had one so I really don't know. If this has happened to any of you please if you have any advice. I don't know how to get rid of it. I've been using Dr. Bronner's tea tree soap to help it. But it's still there. Sorry this is so long. But I really don't know what to do. Please help.
