Any Fitness Mommies?
I teach dance and enjoy to work out. During my last pregnancy, I feel out of my routines. What do you do for exercise? I plan on teaching up until the week I'm due but definitely want to include yoga into my routine. Stretching for dance doesn't call for meditation especially when I stretching kids for flexibility. Any yoga recommendations or even classes?
