Hi everyone my husband and I were ttc another child. I found out I was pregnant in the beginning of January. On Tuesday I went to the dr for spotting and bleeding. They did an ultrasound and couldn't find en embryo they could only find the sac. They reassured me that it could still be ok. Yesterday I started cramping horribly and bleeding worse. They believe I have officially had a miscarriage. I go back in next Tuesday to make sure everything is ok and I have shed everything. We were getting ready to take pictures to tell our 4 year old she would be a sister.
