I'm 5w1 day and knew before I even missed my period that I was pregnant because of sore breasts and intermittent nausea. I also have had cramping on and off the past few days especially. All of a sudden this morning I have no symptoms at all. My breasts aren't sore, no cramping, no nausea. I haven't experienced any spotting either. Cause for concern or am I over analyzing it?
