I worry a lot

So I haven't been having barely any symptoms. I used to have tender boobs but not anymore but I still get slight cramps. I won't have my first appointment until Monday and I don't believe if they will check the progress of the baby. I'm just wondering if anyone has had the same thing happen to them and their baby was fine. Please let me know.
