Did you, or do you plan to, make a birth plan?

I'm not formally writing it on paper but I told my husband I want delayed cord clamping, no pain medication, and to play Mario kart at home with him until we absolutely HAVE to go to the hospital. And also that I reserve the right to change my mind at any point 😂

Plan on it after 30 weeks. I'm 27 weeks now. I want delayed cord cutting, no epi and don't want to be asked, no iv but I'll take a hep lock so I can be more mobile, only to push during contractions. I have seen my doctor do a delivery for my sil and her situation at my same hospital. I'm still doing a tour to see if they will be okay with everything. I want SO to make me stay home as long as possible before going in. The hospital I'm going to is 20 mins away

I did for my 1st baby. My dr told me every woman she met who had a birth plan ended up with a c-section. I ended up with a c-section. I didn't do one with my 2nd. I had a wonderful VBAC even though I had a less than 13% chance of doing it. My boys are 10 months apart.  I don't plan on doing one for this baby.

I plan to but it's going to be very brief and general. I've made a promise to myself to go in with an open mind just in case something medically occurs where they have to disregard my wishes. I am prepared for them to have to go against something so that I won't be disappointed :)

I'm having a c section and I still will make one. I don't want anyone giving him a pacifier or bottle at any point. We had some issues with this with my last son so I want to make sure we're clear. Also I don't want any visitors this time until later in the day when everything is calmed down. We had everyone in the family there during the birth and the whole day and it was too much :(

Yes, its a way to communicate your wishes during a hectic time. Mine is simple, one page, and covers the things most important that I want when medically possible.

Nah I didn't and honestly when it all went wrong I was more than happy with everything that happened they had an answer for everything 
I'd have my next birth go just like the last if I could

Yes, I haven't yet because I'm only 15 weeks but my midwife works with each of her clients to write a birth plan.

I didn't with my first I did with my second and I will talk about my wishes for my third with my midwife maybe I'll write it down it's just what you would like doesn't mean you'll get it but I think it's nice to make one :)
