How do you ladies feel about elective ultrasounds?

I had one done already and i have read info on how it can be bad for baby? I'm freaking out about it. Any thoughts on this would be great.

I have heard that up to 5 is considered safe, but remember that ladies who have high risk pregnancies often receive more, and their babies show no negative effects. I wouldn't worry, especially if it was only one!

I'm also having a high risk pregnancy, and I've already had 4 and I'm only 14 weeks.... there will be many more. My high risk doctors are responsible for seeing this little one through safe and healthy, so I doubt they would put the baby at risk if it was very unsafe. And trust me, they are all up in my business ALL the time checking this and that. They want a good outcome too.

I'm 15 weeks and have had 5 already. And I'll have another 10 or so, assuming I make it that far. I'm high risk and they don't expect me to make it past 32 weeks so probably less than 10 more.
