Anyone else waking up super early?

Question

Everyday during the week I'm up at 5am ( I don't have to wake up for work until 5:30am) and on the weekends I wake up at 7am on the dot regardless of what time I go to sleep. It doesn't bother me much but it was never like this before.

I'm the type that usually stays up extremely late and sleeps in the next morning. I've been getting tired and knocking out by 9pm and I'm awake at 7am

Me! But mostly it's because I wake up having to pee. 😒

Me. But it's bc I wake up to pee and can't fall back asleep. Then I nap throughout the day.

Yes and also bc I need to pee AND I start crashing around 8 pm. I've successfully gone back to sleep after a trip to the bathroom a few times. This morning was not one of those times 😣

Me! Lol my bf gets so mad because I can't go back to sleep so I'm just showing him all the cool post on this app lol and at night I go to sleep around 7 or 8 so he also gets upset because of that 😜

I wake up every morning like clock work in between 5 and 6 to go to the bathroom when I lay back down I can't go back to sleep no matter how hard I try and I don't have to get up until 8😞

Same thing! I think it's mainly to pee, but I rarely fall back to sleep!

Yep I've been waking a good 2 hours before I need to/ usually do! So tired at the moment so it's driving me insane! I wake up and then can't get back to sleep 😑 xx
