So confused

I am 13dpo, yday I thought af had arrived but I only had really light spotting when I wiped. Today absolutely nothing which is wierd because my af is usually boom full on flow!! I test on thursday (11 dpo) and bfn but it wasn't fmu! Eww so confused. All symptoms I thought i had (dizzy, bloat, gas, headaches) have all gone and my mood has been very up and down. Thoughts?? Xx
