(+) Fft and shortened cervix
Went in to L&D for abdominal and back pain at 25 weeks. Fetal fibronectin test returned positive and also tested positive for BV. (Will start antibiotics today.) Cervix length is 2.8cm and they gave me a steroid injection for baby's lungs. Will return every 2 weeks for fibronectin testing until negative result is found. Could be a bunch of drama for nothing or could be really, really serious... Scary not knowing. Anyone have any input or been through this themselves?
