Any advice on symptoms?

Last AF was January 4th-13th. On Thursday night my ovary was vibrating I thought it was my phone. Then Friday night my uterus was making gurgling noises. I though maybe it was my stomach hungry or I had to go to the bathroom but nothing. It was definitely my uterus. Then today my boobs are soooo sore. No clue what it means. I went to my doctor on the 14th for a 3 month check up and she said day 10-17 would be the best time to have sex to get pregnant. Even though glow says last week was my peak fertility. Anyone have these symptoms or any advice??
