Vitamin B6??

I've heard B6 and unisom is supposed to hell with morning sickness, but I purchased Unisom gel caps, which I didn't realize are a different drug than normal unisom. Does taking B6 on its own help with morning sickness or does it have to be combined with unisom?

Taking b6 helped me without unisom.

My Dr said 25mg unisom and 25mg b6 at bedtime and then 25mg of b6 by itself again every 8 hrs. They didnt mention what form of unisom to me, maybe they are the same mg?

I took b6 and folic acid with ginger pills.

It can. If it doesn't on its own make sure you get the unisom that only has Doxylamine in it.

I take my unisom Tabs with the B6 and it has really helped. I honestly hate taking it but the alternative is worse. Even with that, I still have thrown up a few times, but I'm way less miserable
