General rant about hubbys BO

Typically this isn't an issue- but the pet few days he has been ripe! Oh my gosh! I hadn't realized it bc he works nights, and I've had a cold... But the other day I went to work as smelled BO all stinkin day! I couldn't figure it out! It was my forearm!! When I got home I smelled our comforter and WOW! So on him two days off- he's slept pretty much the WHOLE time (which happens on occasion due to the shift) but our entire apartment smells now! He said he showered, but I don't think he did. He has a very stringent shower routine, and I doubt he'd smell 1/2 as bad if he had showered. I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has battled with their SO having BO really bad randomly?
