I'm not taking anything else at the moment and I really hate the thought of taking anti depressants. But I need to take something to feel better because I am miserable. I've been having such a hard time lately between my PPD, anxiety, having to move with my 6 week old, having no help from family, and just found out we are going to owe the IRS money when we file our taxes. I wasn't expecting that. 

I am extremely stressed and I feel so depressed.
