Does your SO help you in the household?

Question

My hubby does a lot when it comes to that. He takes the baby downstairs to the kitchen with him when I'm asleep and cooks breakfast for us, always cleans the windows for me, loads up the dishwasher and stuff like that. 
A friend just told me I should feel blessed to have someone like him, because her hubby doesnt even ask to help in the household.
(Mine doesnt either and just does his job but you know what I mean lol) 
What about you girls?

He works a very stressful job, I stopped working when we got married. I told him all house work is for me and his job is to come home and relax. Sometimes I do get behind on the work, or being pregnant I'm just too tired. If I ask him for help, he is more than willing but I really try to avoid that. He gives me everything I've ever wanted out of life and a relationship so it's only fair I carry my weight :)

My husband is very helpful. I grew up in a household where the wife cleans everything and cooks and the husband works and does yardwork... my husband and I view each other equally and both pull our weight to whatever we are doing! I can't imagine having to always cook and clean and have no help what so ever.

My husband works 60 hrs a week but will get off a night shift do a load of dishes and then get up early to play a game with the girls before going back to work. And even before we had kids when he worked less and I also worked we would clean together every Friday lol don't get me wrong he doesn't always pick up after himself right away but he does the chores that I can't stand plus he makes a mean breakfast! After reading some of these I think I'm going to give my hunny a just because sorry for the tmi bg I'm a lucky girl!

I usually have to ask him to do his chores, we both work (no kids yet) and we both do chores. He will take the sheets off the bed(because he usually is sleeping in on change the sheets day) and he will help with the laundry sometimes. He cleaning the toilets and counters, I do the mirrors and floors. He empties the dishwasher and I fill it. I clean the chinchilla cage once a week and he takes the garbage out... The only thing is I usually have to tell him when to do things "dishes need put away" "can you clean the toilets please" "the counters are a mess!" It's funny because he doesn't like to live in a messy home, yet if I don't say anything, he just doesn't see it (puts his blinders on I think lol) so I have to vocalize that I need his help. He hates if I don't tell him to do something and it's his chore and I do it. But he wouldn't have done it in the first place with out me asking him.

Mine helps me a lot actually but it's kinda a you help me with the barn work and I'll help you. I help him almost daily so he helps me often. He always makes me breakfast or get my coffee if I don't want to eat. He will not ever let me make him breakfast no matter what he thinks I do enough

Mine was so so before I got pregnant. But while I was feeling so crappy in the first trimester he really stepped up and did almost everything. He's been amazing and is nesting way before me!!

We seperate the chores by wife chore(cooking cleaning) and husband chore(yardwork, trash) but he will occasionally cook or do the dishes for me when I'm working. I plan to be a SAHM. So I doubt he would do it when I'm at home all the time but I wouldn't expect him too either

My SO is currently unemployed and has been for 12 months now. He does everything around the house including cook me dinner.
I do feel blessed and would be quite happy for it to stay this way.
