Pregnancy symptoms gone?! Help

I am approximately 10 weeks and two days and most of my symptoms have left, morning sickness has subsided a lot and my boobs aren't as sensitive anymore. I was wondering if anyone else has this, is it common or what? Thank you for the help in advance!!(:

It happen to me around 12 weeks and I was very thrown off because that didn't happen with my 2 boys. My Dr ended up doing an ultrasound and everything was fine. She said its normal. If I couldn't feel her moving around now I wouldn't feel pregnant right now as I have no other symptoms.

It's common symptoms come and go throughout pregnancy  my boobs hurt so bad til bout 14 weeks I never had the morning sickness (yet) I'm 23 weeks tomorrow they say I can possibly still get that hoping not tho!! And I was bloated the whole first timester and soooo tired then second tri got my energy back but the last couple weeks I been feeling kinda tired again. Good luck!! Hope all goes well for you!!
