I've been vomiting for over 24 hours now. It's not back to back like it has been before, but any food, liquids, or medicine I try to intake comes right back up. My back and gut ache so bad, which I'm starting to assume what I thought was from vomiting and heaving, is probably my kidneys and bladder slowly becoming dehydrated. Everyone keeps telling me to try eating something and try taking my nausea meds, but I don't think they're listening to me when I've said I've been doing that and it's still all coming up. Is it time to bite the bullet and head to the ER for fluids before I continue to get worse?
