Help 😭😭
I've just started my period and I have the worst cramps I've ever had. I feel faint, and quite sick too. I've take two ibuprofen and they don't seem to be working nor does putting a heat pack on my stomach. I can't go for a bath because I'm at university accommodation and don't have one 😭 any suggestions??
