Feeling absolutely miserable...

Idk what to do, for most women pregnancy helps their IBS. For me it has made it worse. I usually get shots of Celestone every 3-4 months, haven'thad my usual shot and I swear I am dying. My stomach hurts religiously. I have lost 4 lb. which not be much to many but im 5'7 and now currently 110 lbs. any tips, ideas? I am desperate!!!
