ovarian cyst?

About a month ago I had an ovarian cyst for the first time and it happened to bursted the day I started my period. for all of you that had one before, have you had another one or did it just happen once? if you have had another one how far apart were they? I am just curious because I'm only 15 and I'm wondering if this will happen more often. thanks ((:

I had one in December. Re scanned last week and ovaries look normal 👌🏻

I've only had one burst when I was about 21. It's been 11 years, I've had a few ultrasounds since then and it showed that there were a few small ovarian cysts but ive never had another burst. everyone is different though so when you have your annual checkup you can always ask your dr if you should have an ultrasound done to keep it in check. Ultrasounds are a little pricey but it'll give you peace of mind
