I'm new to this whole TTC game - I'm using Glow and another app. One is telling me that my ovulation day was Wednesday (27th) other one is telling me it was Friday (29th). Is it safe to say that I have a high chance of conceiving? Thanks!

If yoy log everyday the information and days may change.   It looks like you didn't everyday.  However, still a good chance assuming your fertile days were correct.
