Urethra discomfort right after conception?

Is it possible to have symptoms days after conception? I was my most fertile (egwhite cm) 2 nights ago and have had sex every day after I got off last period. Yesterday and today I have felt so fatigued. It's beautiful outside and we have snow on the mountains and I just want to lay on my couch and look out the window lol. Anyway, today I have been having to pee like every half hour. And I'm feeling kind of fuzzy and irritated down there. I hope I'm not getting myself all excited over nothing. Tyia!
