Second time mommy

So here is the thing , I am pregnant with my second child. I am 14 weeks. I am not sure how to explain it but I am excited but not as excited as I was for my first one. I feel confident with this one since I am 21 I have a good job I get paid well . And my first pregnancy I was 16 still in high school living at home with alot of problems and no money. I just don't get it. Some days I don't feel pregnant and it feels like if I am imaging this. Anyone else have felt like this ?
