Should i go to the hospital..?

I'm twenty weeks and three days with my son.. I've been having what I think are just braxton hicks contractions.. I have lower abdominal pain, that shoots down my right leg as well... My hips feel like I tried to do the splits.. I have a lot of liquidy discharge and that has a light pink color some times.. Another thing is he moved from my left side to straight down the middle... I know this because my sides are squishy and I see him kick or punch where my pubic hair begins.. Sorry if that's tmi..
