Blow jobs with braces ...

My man wants me to give him blow jobs all the time but i always say no, it's not because I don't want to but because in the past my ex mentioned my braces causing him slight pain, any ladies with braces have any tips ? Also I have a gag reflex, not a terribly bad one but its defineatly there, any ladies have any tips on that as well?
