My Base Line

So today is the first day after my AF and I don't want to miss anything so I took my first opk test ever! I've read lots of you ladies' posts and have gained a crap ton of insight! Do you ladies have any recommendations, tips, tricks, or advice? My cycles have been very long last one was 46 days. I'm not diagnost with any issues that should prevent me from conceiving naturally! Thanks!
