Is it safe to sleep with a tampon ?

If you put it in before bed, then get up in the morning and change it. You should be fine

You can wear them overnight, the 8 hour thing...eh. I've worn mine for longer than 8 hours & been fine. If you have a heavy flow I recommend a pad on as well just to be safe. Otherwise they are totally safe to wear to sleep.

I put one in right before I go to bed 11pm, because I always wake up at 4 in the morning to potty so I just get a new one
