Boob job and breast feeding?

I have heard that it's okay to breastfeed with a breast job, but I have also heard it's not okay? Anyone successfully breastfeed with a breast job? And has anyone had complications with breastfeeding because of a breast job? Just curious :)

Just make sure that you tell your plastic surgeon that you would like to be able to breastfeed. They can do things that will make it possible. My mom had a breast reduction at 18 and wasn't able to breastfeed me or my sisters. It also may be good to wait until after breastfeeding because your breasts will change anyways. ☺️

Breastfeeding is possible with a breast augmentation but not with a reduction.

It's definitely okay. But it depends on how they did it and where they cut - if they cut through your milk ducts then the milk won't be able to get to the baby.
