What could this mean?!

So I am on day 15 of my menstral cycle and notices brown creamy discharge yesterday after sex. Then I had a little again today. Slight cramping really low in my vagina I think. But not sure if I'm imagining the symptoms. Didn't say anything to my husband and when getting dressed this morning he mentioned that it looks like my ariolas are bigger? Idk if these are signs of anything at all. But wanted to know if anyone has had a similar experience or may know what this brown discharge could be? I'm trying to avoid Google 🙈
