It's the name of the brand. Not actually mace for a dog, that's ridiculous.

Thats complete bullshit. Any dog can be vicious,,it all depends on the person that raises it and makes it that way, its not just a pit bull.  My dog is a complete lap dog and very loving.

I would happily buy it not because I see it for pits, but having been bitten badly by two different dogs and I would like to have something with me 'just in case' as I take walks both alone and with my baby girl. But I guess I could just buy regular mace, honestly.

I disagree with the packaging, of course. It's in very poor taste.

I think this is horrible. Some people act like Pitbulls are the most agressive dog breed. All dogs can be agressive. Some of the sweetest dogs I know are Pitbulls!

I think it's a sign of the ignorance. It's sad really. I don't shop at Walgreens anyway. Not sure if it would be enough to make me take my business elsewhere anyway. I have two pits. To fight the ignorance and hate, the only thing I can do is show them my dogs.

Observe the vicious pitbull and her fury! Seriously though, I'm a Vet Tech and the fiercest dogs are usually the small ones, that being sad you can be a racist and you have to judge each dog individually regardless of breed.

My pit is way nicer than my other dog.  A little dumb maybe, but sweet as can be.  My chow/Shepard isn't friendly at all with strangers, but lovey with the family.

Lol it's a bit much. Obviously all breeds of dog could be vicious. But if someone wants a way to protect themselves from a dog attack then so be it.
