Is my husbands ex imitating me??

She's done it a few times over the last 6 months, first I posted a pic of me in new glasses a couple days later she changes her Instagram picture to her in similar glasses which I believe to be fake because I don't believe she needs glasses. Next I posted a picture on Facebook of me and my husband and I was wearing a black ball cap from being at the gym... the next day we go to pick up my stepson for the first time my husbands ever seen, she's wearing a black ball cap. Most recently, I changed my Facebook profile picture and a week later she changed her profile picture to the same exact head cock and facial expression as my profile pic.... that's not all coincidence, right? Side note, this has all happened since me and my husband had our wedding ceremony. We were married months before at the courthouse but had a beautiful beach ceremony and after that is when I noticed it starting.
