Confused!!

So I may be thinking to much into this but okay here it goes. I had gastric sleeve surgery in September and have lost a total so far of 115 lbs which has made me very fertile which is good because that's what I had the surgery for! Well my period was 2 weeks ago exactly and now I am spitting not bleeding but spotting again. I still have 11 days before I'm supposed to start. I am also throwing up every morning and feeling very moody emotional and fatigue! Any ideas?!
