Pads after birth?

What kinds of pads do you ladies plan to wear after birth? I've even heard of people using the menopause pads bc they said they offer more coverage. I have no clue. FTM here :)

I used the ones the hospital gives you, I took a ton when I was discharged, I wish I had taken more!!! Then I used the big heavy overnight pads.

My friend said her first one she used the hospital pads and the second time she used depends and that was her best idea ever!!! I'm an ftm and am definitely planning on using depends :)

I just took a stack that the hospital gave me and it lasted until I could just use regular pads.
