Miscarried January 13th...need advice

I lost my baby at 6 weeks. This was my first pregnacy. I ended up having a natural miscarry. I got my blood done in the morning before I knew I was miscarrying to make sure my numbers were high but they weren't they were 127 than when I went the same day to the emergency with bleeding and cramps my numbers went down to 95. I bleed for 8 days should my numbers be down to 0 by now ? The doctor told me I could start trying to have another baby right away when I went for my follow up appointment. He said I was extreamly healthy. And they never tested my levels again. I think I ovulated the past week because of my CM which resembled my normal cycle. I had regular cycles before My miscarry every month. I was 6 days into my miscarry and back at figures skating because I felt good. I think I recovered very fast.
