Keloid Scarring?

Question

Postpartum sex has been just about anything but enjoyable- body image issues and episiotomy scar pain.
I also think I may have formed a keloid scar from my episiotomy.

Anyone have this experience?

I also had an episiotomy too. I didn't start having sex again untill I was 3 months postpartum and even than it wasnt fully healed and painful. It took sbout 5 months to feel fully healed. I have some extra skin on it too, but Im not sure if its keloid scarring or they just sewed it wrong. Its been 9 years since I had it and its never bothered my husband.
