Getting pregnant after a mc

We got our bad news a week ago. Our twins didn't have a heart beat (at 9 weeks) and I had a D&C (or ERPC) the next day. I was devastated and this last week has been a blur. I am now going through a different stage, where I just want to focus on getting pregnant again so we can somehow move forward. We were TTC for 1.5 yrs before we fell and I'm worried it will take ages again. I just don't know when we should start trying. I haven't been given a follow up appointment at the docs & have no idea if my body has recovered or back to normal yet. Has anyone been through the same and got pregnant right away? I'm also having acupuncture today as that helped me get pregnant before. Though today is mainly to calm & relax me as I've bee quite anxious & tense since it all happened. Esp in the mornings, it hits me hard first thing.
