Does any one have personal experience of both lumbar and pelvic pain that would be able to tell me the differences??

My manager said she had pelvic oain at 14 weeks which led onto a split pelvis so i booked a drs apt today and he didnt examin me at all just sait because im only 14.5 weeks there was so way it would be pelvic pain and that it was just lunbar pain and i have to take paracetamol.

Im not saying it is pelvic pain but im just concerned that he was jusy shooing me out.
