Am I pregnant ?

My boyfriend came home from the holidays and it's been about 5 weeks since we've first had sex . I had my period on New Years but that was also the night he came inside of me. I know the chances of getting pregnant  on your period are low.  Ever since my breasts seem larger and much more sore. I've had back pain and on and off cramps in my abdomen. I've also have issues with my BM's, they are irregular. I've also been more sensitive and emotional.
