Disappointed and stressed.

I was in L/D last weekend because I was contracting. My fluid levels ended up being a little low and I was not effaced just soft and 1 cm dilated. I took the fetal fibroctin test and it was positive. I eventually got sent home and saw my Dr monday. He wanted to measure my cervix and recheck my fluid levels in a week. Well my ultrasound is at 3:30 and I have not one person willing to take me and zero means to do so. I'm already so worried and to not know if there are any changes for the worse freaks me out. I'm only 30+2 and this is my fourth. I also had an apt scheduled for Thursday with the doc and to receive my makena injection. No volunteers for transportation of course. I don't get my shot I know labors imminent. :'( I'm sorry.
