Can't pump anything!
I am six days postpartum and i can't seem to pump anything with my electric pump, even with it on high. I am feeling very uncomfortable in one boob as baby couldn't sufficiently drain me, and i can't hand express. Is there a trick to this that i am missing? Or a certain amount of time until i get a letdown?
